Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes

Blueberry buttermilk pancakes are a delicious breakfast treat made with a simple pancake batter of flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, buttermilk, and eggs. Fresh or frozen blueberries are added to the batter before cooking the pancakes on a griddle or pan.

The blueberries add a burst of sweet and tart flavor to the fluffy pancakes, while the buttermilk gives them a tangy and rich taste. These pancakes are often served with melted butter, syrup, and a sprinkle of powdered sugar. They can be enjoyed for breakfast, brunch, or as a sweet snack any time of day.
